There's a new feature in Notebook 10 that allows teachers to create a "Hot Spots" learning activity. Basically, the students are asked to find different spots on an image, and the computer scores how accurate they are. There are preset images, such as the human body, a world map, and a coordinate grid, but you can also customize the image with any picture you want.
It's a fun way to review basic concepts and the kids will definately enjoy this way of practicing. The only downside to this feature: it always asks the kids to find the spots in the same order. Hopefully, a furture update will allow the spots to be asked in random order.
